Olive Garden Chicken and Gnocchi Soup (Healthy)

My absolute favorite soup in the world is Olive Garden’s Chicken and Gnocchi. If I am going, to be honest, the soup and breadsticks are pretty much the only things I truly enjoy from Olive Garden, and maybe the salad. However, that being said I love that soup so much that the restaurant is at the top of my list.

In case you’re new here, hi I’m a high schooler whose parents decided to go healthy, and we experiment with trying all kinds of recipes that are ketogenic. One of this weeks was a remake of the Chicken and Gnocchi soup. The only issue with that is that most recipes need flour in the broth and the fact that gnocchi is made out of potatoes, which is a big no for keto.

We have actually recreated this soup a few times, and it always tastes amazing but is lacking in one way or another, but dipping bread always makes up for it. Also, I would like to clarify I am not on a diet so I had normal bread and gnocchi, but my mom made her own gnocchi that I tried a few times and it was also very good. So whether you make the normal recipe or the even healthier healthy version, I guarantee you will love it. Not to mention it is the perfect thing to eat on a cold, snowy, or rainy day.

Because we altered many recipes, I do not have a single individual or website to give credit to, so here is our own recipe:
